Data Deletion

Request Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data and Meta platform data associated with your Kalia Marketing account. When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account information (name, email, authentication data)
  • All cached Facebook Page data and engagement metrics
  • All cached Instagram profile data and media references
  • All advertising campaign data and performance metrics
  • All content created through the platform (posts, ad creatives)
  • All connected Meta access tokens

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: From Your Dashboard

Sign in to your account, go to Settings, and click "Delete my account and data". This will immediately disconnect all Meta accounts and queue your data for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to privacy@kalia.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

  • All your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
  • Meta access tokens are revoked immediately, disconnecting Kalia from your Meta accounts.
  • Content already published to Facebook or Instagram is not affected — it remains on those platforms under your control.
  • Backup copies are purged within 90 days of the deletion request.
  • This action is irreversible. You would need to create a new account to use the Service again.

Meta Data Deletion Callback

When you remove the Kalia app from your Facebook account settings, Meta sends us a data deletion callback. We automatically process this callback and delete all data associated with your Meta user ID. You can verify the deletion status using the confirmation code provided by Meta.
